The SPC-Suite consists of three paid, short-term, on-camera independent contractor roles: Chief Vibes Officer, Chief Flavor Explorer and Chief Sunset Curator (the "Roles"). Each Role includes a paid 10-day in-destination assignment in St. Pete-Clearwater, scheduled between November 6 and November 22, 2026 (the "Residency"), and the content deliverables described in the Role descriptions at www.spcsuite.com. Specific Residency dates are set in the Talent Agreement.
The Roles are independent contractor engagements. They are not employed with Pinellas County, VSPC or Envisionit. This is not a contest, sweepstakes, lottery or game of chance. No prize is awarded, no element of chance is used at any stage, and compensation is a fee paid for services under a written talent agreement (the "Talent Agreement").
No fee, purchase or payment of any kind is required to apply, to interview or to be selected, and none is accepted.
You may apply if, at the time of application, you: (a) are 18 years of age or older; (b) are a legal resident of one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia; (c) are authorized to work in the United States; (d) hold at least one public social media account in good standing; and (e) are available to travel to and remain in St. Pete-Clearwater for the full 10-day Residency, as scheduled between November 6 and November 22, 2026.

Applications are accepted at www.spcsuite.com from October 1, 2026 at 12:00 am ET through October 22, 2026 at 11:59 pm ET. One application per person. The application asks for your name, contact information, city and state, links to your public social profiles, a short bio and your application responses, and includes a recorded video interview completed through our application platform. Late, incomplete or non-conforming applications may not be reviewed. We are not responsible for lost, misdirected or failed submissions or for technical problems on any platform or network.
If a disability prevents you from completing any part of the application, including the video interview, email contactvspc@envisionitagency.com by October 12, 2026 to request a reasonable accommodation or an alternative format.
Applications are reviewed by a selection panel chosen by Envisionit and VSPC. Selection is at the panel's sole discretion, based on the published criteria, including authenticity and storytelling, creativity and originality, video presentation, quality and authenticity of existing audience and engagement, content creation ability, alignment with VSPC's brand voice, and availability, without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or any other characteristic protected by law.
Applying does not guarantee an interview, an offer or a Role. Roles may be filled from any source, including applications, referrals and direct offers to talent. We may leave any Role unfilled, change the number of Roles, and extend, suspend or cancel the search at any time. Selection decisions are final, and we have no obligation to provide feedback.
Selected applicants may be asked to complete additional interviews or to provide additional materials, audience analytics or references. Interviews and callbacks are unpaid.
Before any fee is paid, anyone offered a Role must: (a) sign the Talent Agreement and a talent release; (b) provide a valid government-issued ID and a completed IRS Form W-9; (c) confirm eligibility in writing; and (d) complete a background check and a review of public social media history. Any background check will be run only with the separate written disclosure and authorization required by law. Companions, additional nights and personal expenses are not included. Travel and accommodations have no cash value and cannot be substituted, transferred or exchanged. Residency dates are scheduled by us within the November 6 to November 22, 2026 window and, once set in the Talent Agreement, may not be changed by the contractor without our written agreement. Fees are reported on IRS Form 1099, and contractors are responsible for their own taxes. No employee benefits are provided.
Contracted talent will produce the deliverables in their Role description, follow the campaign content plan and brand guidelines, and include a clear and conspicuous paid-partnership disclosure on every post connected to the campaign, consistent with the FTC Endorsement Guides.
You represent and warrant that: your application is your own original work; you own or have cleared all rights in it, including music; every person appearing in it has consented to its use; no one under 18 appears in it; and it does not violate any law or the rights of any person. You will indemnify the Campaign Parties against third-party claims arising from a breach of these representations.
Contracted talent will sign a release permitting VSPC and Pinellas County to use their name, image, likeness and voice, and the content produced during the engagement, in perpetuity, across web, broadcast, social and online channels.
We may disqualify any application, and may withdraw any offer, where we believe the applicant has provided false information, tampered with the application process, violated these Terms, or engaged in conduct that is unlawful or inconsistent with the campaign.
Personal information collected through the application is handled as described in the SPC-Suite Privacy Policy, referenced within each application, which is part of these Terms.
